It started with a dream to create something that could comfort people in their grief. From drawing a coloring book to being sent a universal message in 2020 to create a candle to accompany the unpublished book.

Starting in my living room, I spent months researching scent profiles and the connection between olfactory and nostalgia.

​

Then in my kitchen, I failed at every candle I made for 2 months straight. By the time I got it right, I was ready to throw in the towel but my best friend convinced me to do a soft launch.

​

In January 2021, I released first collection which sold out in less than 2 weeks. Before I knew it, I was preparing for my Spring collection, and signing up for Farmer's Markets all over the Willamette Valley.

​

The mission remains the same, to provide comfort to people in their grief. What we have learned is how multifaceted that grief is. We all have a desire for community, even the weirdest versions of us has a desire to be seen. We are so proud to create products that aid in fulfilling that desire.

We make candles for weirdos and those who love us because we have a passion for providing comfort in the weeds of life.
