Manifestation/Call to Action: I call upon the Quan Yin, the goddess of Compassion to remind me of self-forgiveness. I ask that she bring me comfort and compassion when I can’t give that to myself. I express gratitude for the ability to hear and reach the suffering in others. She, too, understands what it means to sacrifice everything to lift others in need. I thank her for sacrificing the heavens to help those in pain and I ask that she continue protect me from my own humility.  
 
History:  Quan Yin is the Buddhist goddess of Mercy and Compassion. The story tells of her choosing to follow a buddhist journey of virtue. After much time she gained the opportunity to access Nirvana, eternal bliss. Instead, she sacrificed this opprtunity to remain mortal so that she could stay on earth and help people.
